Registration:

The registration fee for ISMIL 11 is as follows:

Citizens of Indonesia and other developing countries: 200,000 Rps
Citizens of other countries: 400,000 Rps

Developing countries are those in the official "List of Developing Countries" of the International Statistical Institute; the complete list may be viewed at this external link. Among the many countries included in the list are Indonesia and some of the other ASEAN countries. Indonesian citizens wishing to register at the developing-country rate are required to furnish proof of affiliation with an institute of higher learning.

Registration will take place at the conference itself; there is no advance registration procedure. The registration fee is to be paid in Indonesian Rupiah. Only cash will be accepted. We regret that we will not be able to accept credit cards or personal cheques.

Participants intending also to attend the Workshop on the Languages of Papua may avail themselves of a combined registration fee for both conferences:

Citizens of Indonesia and other developing countries: 300,000 Rps
Citizens of other countries: 600,000 Rps

The registration fee covers all conference materials, plus lunch and mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments.

An additional charge will be made for the joint ISMIL/WLP banquet on Wednesday the 8th of August.

Facilities:

An overhead projector and a computer projector (for powerpoint presentations) will be available. However, commercial photocopying facilities will not be available; participants are therefore requested to bring enough copies of their handouts with them.
