IMPORTANT NOTICE: All participants are urged to make their hotel booking as soon as possible. St. Anne's celebration in Penang will coincide with the ISMIL 8 dates, and hotels will be having a high occupancy rate. The City Bay View Hotel has agreed to hold rooms for ISMIL participants until 5 pm on July 26. After that time, participants who have not made a booking will not be guaranteed a room.
